Unveil the Secret of... Organic Tea Taiwan Sunrise

Our Premium Organic Taiwan charcoal baked oolong tea is a precious heritage in Taiwanese tea culture, with a complex production process that requires exquisite skill and patience. This type of oolong tea is baked with longan charcoal, emitting a fruity and unique aroma when brewed. Each infusion offers a distinct flavor change, making it irresistible. Strict control of the baking time and temperature is essential to ensure the tea leaves fully absorb the charcoal aroma without losing their own flavor. After being baked with longan charcoal, the tea leaves not only have a rich charcoal flavor but also reach an approximate fermentation level of 80%, making it a highly fermented oolong tea with a flavor close to black tea. When tasting this tea, the aroma is strong, with abundant fruity and sweet notes, leaving a warm sensation in the body.

It belongs to the category of medium level baked Oolong tea. After six months of storage, the smoky flavor gradually fades away, and the flavor of the tea slowly becomes rich, leaving a satisfying sugarcane aroma and taste.
